She provides expert advice and creative input for pastry and chocolate operations for the hospitality industry in Asia-Pacific. These include menu creation, recipe formulation, product development, creative plating and presentation, and improved operational processes. She also provides education, demonstration, and informational content for food companies helping them create engaging connections with their consumers.
Elaine collaborates with makers and distributors of new technologies and equipment for both chocolate and pastry operations. She provides operators training, solutions and assistance in the translation of current kitchen practices to new procedures for a seamless transition.
Elaine has a thorough knowledge of ingredients and demonstrated experience in menu development, kitchen organisation for restaurants, wholesale manufacturing and hotel food production operations.
